This week we are all focusing on Shakespeare.  Each class will have their own Shakespeare play, which they have already been introduced to, earlier in the school year.  Teachers will be uploading creative tasks for children to gain a deeper understanding of their play, including; the characters, setting and plot, as well as promoting opportunities for drama and role play.  

Teachers have been delighted with how much reading children have been doing whilst at home, and the many posts we've received with pupils reading aloud and from their favourite reading spot.  It is important to read at least 3 times a week and can be from a variety of books.  Here is a fantastic online resource to support with reading whilst at home -
