Why not try your hand at creating a stop-motion animation video? Everyone in KS2 has already made a video using the Lego software on iPads in their Computing lessons. If you don't have any Lego to hand, you could use small toys or cars to make a video! You can find Lego Movie Maker on the App Store for iPhone/iPad or the Google Play store for Android phones.
Why not make your own computer game? Using a laptop or desktop computer, you can visit Scratch Online here and create fun games using their Ideas section with tutorials.
Younger children could use an iPad/iPhone or other tablet to download ScratchJr - a simpler version of the app aimed at KS1 children to create games and stories.
As well as using Scratch for laptop and desktop computers, you could also download the Hopscotch app for iPad/tablets here. Children found this great fun in Year 4 Computing lessons with Mr Cahill and we created our own games following online tutorials.
